SourceLock Basic is free, but only for private and non-commercial projects;
also the encryption is only average and static and you cannot edit or delete the file header comment.

You can encrypt your non-commercial PHP scripts with SourceLock Basic here for free.
You may not edit the header comment, otherwise the file will become invalid.
